Terms of Service

By using Vaga Certa ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States to use Vaga Certa. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information
  • You may not share your account with others
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Prohibited Content

You may not post or submit content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Discriminates based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any protected characteristic
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

4. Job Postings

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings. Vaga Certa reserves the right to remove any posting that violates these Terms or our policies.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion and may be subject to prorated deductions
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Vaga Certa are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vaga Certa is not responsible for employment decisions made by employers, the accuracy of job listings, or any damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
